Eat, Drink and Be Catholic offers women and men of all ages a casual opportunity to explore the Catholic faith. We hope to provide space for intellectual, relational and spiritual growth as well as some real community building. Our hope is that at the end of each evening, individuals not only know more but are inspired and empowered to live out their faith. The format ranges from speakers and group discussion to movies and music.
Our next in-person event of the season will be on Wednesday, May 25 at Mo’s…A Place for Steaks (720 N Plankinton) beginning at 7:00 pm. We will be joined by Anne Haines. Anne will reflect on our theme in light of her work as the executive director of the St. Bakhita House, a Catholic Worker House here in Milwaukee (www.bakhitahouse.org).
Free appetizers and drinks will be served. RSVPs are required by Monday, May 23 so that we can order food and meet safely.
For more information, to RSVP, or to be added to the email list for future events, contact Chad Griesel at firstname.lastname@example.org.
